winter we love you

12 things to do this winter 2012 

1. Eat better. During winter we are lucking vitamins. Eat vegetables and fruits.
2. Drink water. Our skin and body needs to be hydrated. 
3. Less coffee. Even if you love coffee, try to consume less. Better for your body. 
4. Comfort. Decorate your room. Make it more comfortable and bright. 
5. Take pictures. Memo moments of winter. Later you will enjoy looking through them. 
6. Volunteer. Great opportunity to learn something new and in return help others. 
7. Music. Completely change your music. Sounds horrible, but you will actually enjoy it. Believe me. 
8. Write. Most of the time we think but do not write down important things and forget them. Make a list of things important for you.
9. Travel. It is a MUST. Broaden your horizons, take pictures, taste food and make friends. 
10. Friends. Take care of your friends. Pay more attention to them. Do not forget to make new friends as well. 
11. Exercise. Try out new sports. Do them properly. Everyday be active. 
12. SLEEP. Is the most important part of our lives. Go to sleep earlier and have deep sleep, like there is nothing to do for 2morrow.
